The same will vary on Seasonality factor and the type of room, if it is cancelled before 7 days from the date of booking / stay, 100 % payment will be refunded and if it is before 7 days from the date of stay / booking, 50 % amount will be refunded and below that the Hotel will not be in a position to accommodate the request. Two children under the age of 5 years will have no charges for extra bed and above that 20 % will be charged for extra bed per person per night up to the maximum capacity of two extra beds person
