Local laws, cultures and preferences are taken into consideration, when deciding to implement the smoke-free hotel policy.Pal Heights Hotel welcomes guests who smoke into designated smoking areas inside the building to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke.If a smoking violation occurs in a room, the client will be charged a Rs 2000 non-refundable deep cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke.Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy:Early Check-in (subject to availability):Our standard check-in time is 12 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and required prior information and written confirmation. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:•Check-in prior to 6 am, 100% extra charges will be chargeable, as per hotel published/ contracted room tariff.•Check-in between 6am to 8am, Rs.2000 per day per person will be chargeable.•Early Check-in charges does not include breakfast.Late Check-out (subject to availability):Our standard check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and requires prior information and written confirmation. Extra charges will apply as per the below policy:•Check- out between 12 noon to 02 pm will be complimentary •Check- out between 02pm to 06 pm, Rs. 2000 per day per person will be chargeable.•Check- out after 06pm, 100% extra late check-out charges will be applicable, as per hotel published/ contracted room tariff.
